Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jos257 website accessible at jos257.cam and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or sub-domains operated by or on behalf of jos257.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses all jos257 services.
• "Player" / "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform with the intention to register.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market offered by jos257.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash credits, free spins, or promotional rewards credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the jos257 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jos257 before enabling withdrawal functionality.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for all Platform operations, draw times, and support hours.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jos257, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jos257 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned, subject to verification.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by jos257 or any third-party responsible gaming registry to which jos257 subscribes.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when placing Wagers or conducting transactions on the Platform.
6. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of jos257 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on jos257. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, jos257 will require you to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, where applicable, supporting proof-of-address documentation. We reserve the right to request additional documents at any stage of your membership if we have reasonable grounds to do so. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe communicated to you may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

jos257 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. jos257 shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the jos257 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will suspend your Account pending investigation. You must cooperate fully with our security team during any such investigation.

jos257 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. However, no online security system is impenetrable, and jos257 cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.

Deposits

All deposits on jos257 are accepted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet payments. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method selected. jos257 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your jos257 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jos257 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend the associated Account if third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 100.000 for bank transfers and Rp 50.000 for e-wallet withdrawals. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits will be displayed in the withdrawal interface.

Processing Times: Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 1–6 hours of approval during standard WIB business hours, and within 24 hours in all other cases. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and are not contractually guaranteed.

Withdrawals will not be processed if any of the following conditions apply: (a) outstanding KYC requirements; (b) active or unresolved wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) suspected breach of these Terms; (d) an ongoing security investigation.

jos257 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotions

jos257 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• The Welcome Bonus offers a 100% deposit match on your first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 2.000.000. The wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. The bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds in games designated as eligible for the specific promotion. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. • Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. If you opt into a new promotion while an existing wagering requirement is outstanding, the original bonus terms will continue to apply.
• jos257 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw an y promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect bonuses already in progress.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the creation of multiple accounts, the use of third-party payment methods, or collusion between Players — will be voided and the associated Account(s) suspended.

Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on jos257 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event type. The following general provisions apply across all betting products:

• A Wager is confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account balance. It is your responsibility to verify all details — selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a Wager.
• jos257 reserves the right to void any Wager at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or pricing mistake, irrespective of whether the event has concluded.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all affected Wagers will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rule set published at the time the Wager was accepted. Single-leg bets on abandoned events are typically voided and the stake returned. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, the abandoned leg is typically treated as a "push" (odds of 1.00) and the remaining legs stand.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events (goals, red cards, injury time). jos257 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect in-play prices caused by data-feed latency.
• Maximum win limits per event, per market, and per day apply. These limits will be communicated in the relevant sport's or game's rules section. jos257 reserves the right to apply reduced limits to Players with a history of consistently profitable betting.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jos257 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jos257.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place Wagers, navigate the Platform, or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited bug will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jos257 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of jos257 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from jos257.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use jos257's brand assets, including its name, logo, or design elements, in any commercial or promotional context without explicit authorisation.

Game content — including slot titles, live dealer streams, and casino game interfaces — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft) and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property terms.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jos257's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Responsible Gaming

By registering an Account, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally.
